I think u'r refering to the sweet called Poli?? I'm not sure where u could get it, but it's not very hard to make it either...

For stuffing:
1 cup bengal gram
1 cup grated jaggery and 1/2 cup sugar

For cover:
1/2 cup maida
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 cup oil
Ghee to serve with Oil 5 tsps.

1. Wash the chana dal.If you intend to cook the bengal gram in pressure cooker, then add two cups water for one cup of bengal gram. It will be done well plus, there will not be any excess water.
2. Add sugar or jaggery to the cooked dal and cook on low heat until the mixture becomes thick.
3.Add cardamom powder. Stir well.
4. Mix the wheat flour, flour, oil and enough water to obtain a soft dough. Keep it aside for a hour or two.
5.Divide the chana dal mixture into lemon sized balls and the flour dough into slightly smaller balls and roll them out a little.
6. Place the chana dal ball in the center of the rolled flour dough and close it to cover the filling completely.
7.Roll out into a chapati and bake on a non stick Tawaa till done on both sides, adding a little Ghee around. Bake till done.
8.Serve hot with ghee.

Good luck
