I just the postes about tea & saffron.. well here are my 2cents..

tea: well don't drink too much tea but don't die craving for it.. Im a big tea drinker.. my morning doesn't start without it:-) 2 cups a day is ok.. sometime I use to drink 3 cups too.. depends on my mood:-) and i take big cups of tea:-) its perfectly alright.. just make sure don't do over and always eat something with it even if its a biscuit..

saffron: don't take it in first trimester cuz its verty hot and u tend to miscarrige more in first trimester.. so try it only end of second or third trimester and that too little cuz still heat can do harm..

Its nice to hear from u. Even i'm a 2ndtmom. i have a 14month old son. my morning sickness is much better this time. But, isn't it difficult to manage an older child. Are u working?
