Am not sure if many of u know me. I have only been answering queries once in a while. I had problems conceiving and after many IUI's and 1 IVF my son was born. Now he is 1 year and 8 mths old and I am wondering when I should plan the second. We have just moved to Australia and I am feeling coping with 2 small kids will be tough. On the other hand i am 30 and am anticipating delay in conception because of my past experiences. Do u have any suggestions as to whether i should start trying or wait? It is so good to have friends like u to whom one can turn to for help and advice.

Hello meena,

I feel you should try immediately. Your first child is already 1yr+8months. So the age gap between the two children will be fine if you try to conceive for second one immediately.

with my personal experiance i got pregnant when my son was 8 mnths and i delivered my daughter when he was 1 yr and 5 mnths everything was a breeze so there is nothing to worry.

Do not wait

I would totally suggest you to try now. Yes, it will be tough initially but in the longrun you will be done with childrearing sooner if you have less space between them. After my experiences I tell everyone this - if you are sure about having two, then do so quickly. At 30s we do not have age on our side :-)

Get yourself checked and do what you need to do medically. Hope this helps.
