hi, i've had this problem for some time now..and was wondering if there is any herbal or ayurvedic way to remove pimples that hurt when you touch them..without leaving any marks or blemishes on the face...i'm in my 20s and would be greatful if any one can help..thanks.. Suhani replied. drink lots of water and reduce oily and spicy food consumption. som replied. first of all you should not never touch your face as u say u have pimples as the bacteria seeps into the pimples making it worse than what it already is.
secondly when i had visited india i had purchased this pack called chantik which you can find in the food world chain in india its pretty effective and dries up the pimples or else if you are in the US you can use neutragena pimple cream which is good too.
thirdly i have heard that at home you can prepare sandalwood paste mix it with a pinch of turmeric which if applied regularly can permanently rid you of the painful pimples and give a glow to your skin too.
fourthly you must be already knowing about regular cleansing and toning before going to bed at night that will eliminate the dirt and pimples eventually. you should again not touch your face and change your pillow cases regularly to avoid any bacteria to the face while u sleep.
