WE are trying for a baby since 2 months. I have a regular 30 day menstrual cycle. I go to gym regularly. We are trying from 20th of this month. Today I experienced some bleeding while doing gym. I got so scared, its never happened before. What could this be, coz my periods are due on 10th of every month. I experienced some pain in the lower ab and some kind of giddy sensation for sometime. Then i felt kind of weak. Although I m feeling ok now and its not bleeding any more. Please suggest what could this be? Do I need to continue gym or no?

Subject:  Avoid gym in luteal phase



In the cycles that you are trying, you can go to the gym until the time you have ovulated. Between ovulation and time of expected period, it is better to avoid vigorous exercise. Light walking is fine.

Try to use BBT and/OPK to pinpoint ovulation. The combo works great.

If you have an OB, you can call and check what they have to say.

thanks for ur advice, Anon! I had been to the doc coz the bleeding didnt stop. Had a check up and pelvic scan done, everything is normal, she told me it has most prob happened due to over exertion and asked me to wait till my next period.
Hoping for best..
