Name: PRIYA yesterday in clearblue it indicated I have LH surge. So we did one time yesterday night. We are planning to do one time today afternoon & one time tonight & one time tomorrow morning. It is too much work!! but we are desperate.

Do you think is it too much? Please share your view.

hi all,

i am a silent reader and this is the first time i am posting something. well i was on the pill for 3 years and i stopped last year in nov. we are trying since. i had an irregular cycle and finaly i got my cycle back in march this year.
i am just wonder how long would it take to get pregnant after i have my cycle back. i always go on the website where i can check my ovulation date. i don't know accurate they are. please let me know. last month my period started on the 18 mar 06. i think my ovulation date is somewhere tomorrow or day after. if anyone can confirm if i am right or wrong. thanks a lot.

Dear Priya,

It is not important that if u ve LH surge u will impregnate...after doing 4-5 times... Nature has its own way of creation.

As far as indulging in sex is concerned u do it in a gap of one day( ie on alternate days) coz sperm can be alive for 72 Hours in a female body. Remember about the position, do not stand up after ving sex... rather put some pillow under ur butts or put ur leg up so that maximum number of siemens can reach there.

If these all do not work... then try again and dont loose hope..

Once in 24 hrs

Once in 24 hrs is enough. Too much will reduce the quality of sperm. I completely understand how you feel. Tonight and tomorrow night should be sufficient. No matter how desperate you are (as I was) don't make it hard work and lose out the fun.
