Dear Archie,

How are you doing?How is Advait?How is your work and other things?Well @ my side everything is good.I took OPK test yday...the reference line was little bit lighter than other line......We went ahead and had intercourse last night...Will check it today also ..If it is +ve then will continue intercourse for another 2 days.Archie...today i have severe head ache,So i had a cup of coffee.Is this ok?Actually i have picked up this habit very recently...Have been having tea almost every day...mostly evening time(just a cup).IS it ok to have tea daily??Please let me know...

Looks like you ovulated on 24th/25th March. Wait for next 15 days to experience period or confirming pregnancy.
Try to curtail your cofee intake. It's not indeed a good think. Try to drink not more than two cups, if you can drink only one per day is best at this time. Once you get pregnant I will advise you to avoid it completely.

Hello Subha,

My Gynec said that it is perfectly fine having a max of 3cups of coffee or tea per day, but not more than 3. She said having Instant coffee is better than brewed ones. So, I think it is fine if you have 2cups per day. You can try Nescafe Taster's choice.
