Dear Archie,
I find the info on this site very helpful, I keep reading all the queries and it helps me clear my doubts.
I have missed my periods in this month, they were on 12th july and I have a 32 days cycle. I had done an HPT on 15th july but it came out -ve. Other then that I have no preg symptoms but just mild white to starchy discharge which is more when I wake up in morning. And also, Iam getting period like cramps in lower abdomen, right side more,which are not very severe but I can feel them many times during the day....also just twice I got light headaches. Other then this nothing.

What should I do ? Should I wait for 1 more week for my HPT test. Or should I call my gynac and make an appt soon? I do not have any other symptoms still. We had planned a 15 days vacation from tomm. What should I do? Should I wiat for a week for HPT again or should I cancel my vacation and take gynacs appt? Also, My mother's 3rd preg was an ectopic preg. Which had to be terminated ofcourse. So, DO I HAVE MORE CHANCES OF GETTING AN ECTOPIC PREG TOO? We tried for a baby since last month and this month I missed my periods, I want to feel happy but not yet. I was thinking about my periods and pregnancy a lot since last month. Can this constant thought of becoming preg really make u miss a period Psychologically Or delay it?

Please help archie I find ur responses very helpful.

You should atleast wait for 2 weeks. Sometimes periods are late. So, be patient.

hi dear

hope u are really pregnant. but i personally geel its better to get an appointment with a doctor. with all ur symptoms there is a slight probablity that it can be an ectopic pregnancy. why take risk and cause damage.going to a doc will only help clarify doubts
