i hav started giving dates sryup to my 10 months son is that ok for him ,they say dates contains iron vitamins and protins ,i just add 2 table spoon of dates syrup ,and its also suits for my son...
Is this a right time to start such liquid food for a kids Can any one suggest me pls !

It's good in Winter and NOT in Summer because dates are heaty to have in Summer
