2 spoon of rice
2 spoon of moong dal(as utr kid is sevn month it is better to give moong dal which is easy to digest) u can start other dals slowly.
2 to 3 pieces small of papita
wash it and cook it in presurrec cooker with water and then mash it and try with spoon.

But i suggest as the kid is 7 months u give banana, apple, black grapes.
I used to cook black grapes(kismiss) in the kichadi and feed him .

Even apple puree u can give. peel the skin and cut in to peices and add water and cook in presurre cooker and mash it and give
Be careful apple sauce or apple puree aggregates constipation.if u feel he is having constipation then stop givng apple puree ,but still u can give him apple juice.
U can try apple juice, banana u can mash with rice and add milk and give.

u can try date fruits after 8 or 9 months.

Hey
I try cutting the banana, apple or amlost all the fruits in to round shape or thins slices and keep one by one slice in plate then adi likes to take himself and eat
and normally i dotn mix with ceral as Adi also dint like the taste. but juice i give him in the time when i feel that he is really hungry then he takes it fast, and also some of the fruis like papaya, apple, i cook with his kichadi and give him .if i try feeding forecefully he never takes, but the method of self feeding works better, this way he eats cucmber ,boiled caraot, beet, beans too.hope this helps

Breast pumps
I am using a medela pump to feed my baby when I am out. The medela breast pumps are really a good choice for the working moms. We can pump the milk regularly and can store it and use whenever needed.... - dalewhither [View Message]
evenflo elan breast pump
Buy this pump! It’s made my life so much easier. I always got sore with my old Medela Advanced, but that never happens with the Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump. What really makes a difference is its ease of use. It’s really easy to switch between pumping phases and take apart to clean. Strongly recommend it for all mothers that pump daily.... - stellatylor [View Message]

try this
As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
all the best... - Manju [View Message]
