Name: Kanika My MIL has a very negative aura,she always jealous of me and thinks bad about me often she says tera sayanash ho,can reiki nullfy her bad remarks??

If you know REIKI, then whenever you feel like having najar, place one hand on your throat chakra & the other at your hara chakra (Swadhisthan) and do reiki for 10 min.

Mood Swings

I am 14month pregnant with my second child. Just wanted to check if anyone else has mood swings during their pregnancy? I have a 3 yo son and I often shout at him or scold him. Will that affect my unborn? I try to keep my cool as possible but sometimes it is not possible with a toddler around.
