my pblm is split end and dandruf and my face full pimles it become black spots which shampooand conditioner is best for hair Ginni replied. For dandruff,use Nizoral shampoo.U can get it from any chemist.

split ends denotes ur body heat and vitamin b scarcity
try to drink more water,drink buttermilk or tender coconut
weekly once take oil bath by gingelly oil.it will help to reduce ur body heat

which shampoo should be used depends on hair texture. use coconut oil boiled with hibiscus leaves and methi regularly. if skin permits, apply lime juice on the scalp once a week. eat plenty of vit rich food, especially vit e and k. dont use artificial vit tablets. drink lots of water and avoid fast foods. it is not clear if your hair is long or short. if u r not very keen on long hair, then just try an inverted bob cut. it has the hiding effect for split ends, till things become better.
