Hi

I am salient member of this board.My hair fall is very high after my delivery.so i want to use henna to my hair.Can you please tell me the ingredients to make this. and how often zi have to use this for good results.my hair is looking very very thin.bcaz of this i am looking old also :-(
so what are the ingredients i have to use in henna to look thick .

Take 1 cup of water let them to boil add 2 tbl spoon tea with that .let them to get cold add fenugreek paste , 1 egg (white part), 3 tbl spoon curd , 4 tbl spoon henna powder , one grinded beat root and make a paste by adding all this prepare this henna in the night and apply that in the morning . (henna should be prepared in iron kadaai ).

This happens if u r regularly used to fast foods. delivery invovles some metabolic processes, which reqires rich food. better avoid henna. apply juice of coriander leaves half an hour before bathing every day. avoid fast foods, eat food rich in protein and vits.
