hi,

its now 5 months after delivery....now i experience heavy hair loss..i dont know if its normal....i keep counting my fallen hairs and it reaches nearly 4000...iam very afraid....plz somebody help...i have stopped taking iron...only calcium...my diet includes nothing special ...its very normal food...

There is no easy solution.
You should cut your hair short.
Thats what I did after the delivery & it helped a lot.
Plus it was much easier to manage with the baby.

due to lack of vitmains and iron

so it will change slowly
plz take high protein food like fish,peanut butter
