Hair Care:Hair wont grow

My hair wont grow anymore. Last year it would grow non stop. This year it wont grow at all. I take B vitamins and eat healthy but my hair is still the same size. What should I do?

Hi,

nothing to worry about. hair growth has some seasonal variations. it happens for all of us. just that not many of us notice or care. avoid artificial vit-b pills, regular use can cause side effects. eat food rich in vit-b, e and especially k. drink lots of water. (also stop worrying, too much of worries can cause hairloss).

due to lack of vitmains and iron
and harmonal effects also
so it will change slowly
plz take high protein food like fish,peanut butter
take DEXORANGE iron tablet daily once
