hi everyone,

am in my 24th week. i cannot sleep at night times. if i sleep, even then its hardly 3 or 4 hrs. am awake the whole night. can sleep only at dawn. do anyone experience the same?

Hi Jichi

sleeplessness is another sideeffect of pregnancy.Evn i know not able to sleep whole night and i know it is going to get worse with time due to more baby movements and incease in belly size.It is hard to find any comfortable position to sleep.
Try to take rest in day time.Enjoy your pregnancy.

Hey Jichi,
How are u doing ? My problem is i used to sleep on my back earlier and i find it very uncomfortable to sleep on my left side whole night.I feel this is a good practice for us in learning how to keep ourselves awake whole night later :-)Hey, try to take short naps in the afternoon.

Hey Jichi, yes I do feel that way somwtimes. often when I eat late or a lot (my greed!) then I am very uncomfortable and cannot sleep for a long time. Sometimes I wake up at nights 'coz the boy is playing soccer in my tummy and kicking me left and right.
This is my second baby, so I can tell you. This is heaven as compared to what it will be when the baby is out and wants to be fed every1 1/2 hrs and wants to play at night!
