Dear Archie,

I have been trying to get pregnant for the past one year. I had my periods on Jan 10 this year. Then on Feb 23 i had very little bleeding during the afternoon only. I had a pregnancy test which was negative. Then i had brown spotting yesterday, so today again i used the clear blue pregnancy test and saw that the result was negative but after one hour the result was positive. Is it possible that i could be pregnant?

Since you have not had a real period in last 55 days or so, you should get all reviewed by gynecologist. It's important especially if you experienced regular periods earlier and this is the only causing delay or confusion. May be a transvaginal ultrasound would reveal the truth. Talk to your Dr.

U should follow the instructions written on the kit and not try to read the result later than the time prescribed. However, if u suspect u r pregnant, u can repeat the test with the 1st urine when u get up in the morning tomorrow. Or u can go to a Gynaec and get your Hcg tested. Best of luck. I hope u r pregnant.
