Hello Archie,

As you know that my gync put me on the following pills Siphene 50mg from CD2 ,Nacfil 600mg from CD4 and premarin .625mg from CD14 for 5days.On the CD11 she asked me to take HUCOG 5000 units injection.After which i went for scan and the egg size was 28.2days later i went for a scan and found that the egg did not rupture instead the size increased to 30.Then my gync gave me Susten 200mg for 10days as the egg turned into a cyst and I did not ovulate even after the injection doze was given.Just wantd to know if I did not ovulate in Feb does it mean I do not ovulate every month.I had PCOD before but doctor checked in scan and told that i have no PCOD now.
My gync told that this time she does not want to put me under stress with injections and scans.She prescribed the following pills :
Fertyl M 25mg for 5days from CD2.
Dexona .5mg from CD2 for 20days.
Premarin 0.625mg from CD10 till CD15.She mentioned that coz I concieved last year Feb without any medication.This time I will have no problem conceiving.Just wanted to knw what these pills are for and what shd we do to have a good news this month. archie replied. rk,
1. if you did not ovulate in feb does not mean you don't ovulate in other months.
2. May be the treatment in last cycle was not handled easily by your body, each case is different and good that treatment is sized down this time.
3. fertyl is another name for clomid.
4. dexona is for killing any infection, just in case you have one and is also going to help keep your body clean from germs.
5. Premarin is cojugated estrogen to help boost lining of your uterus.

I think you can try from CD10 to CD15, once each 24 hours and try to keep relaxed than stressing yourself out. Not harboring stress in you and your spouse is most likely take to you to winning position.
