Hetal replied. for babies we dont need any sauce !
if you have introduced tomato sauce, you can,,or if soy sauce, you can use the mild one....
so dpends on what all you have introduced ! just crsh some cherry sweet tomatos(seedless or remove seeds),,and puree it nicely...
you are adding vegies right,,thats enough for babies,,a full meal actually.you can use any vegie paste, or any green sauce (boiled mix greens, pureed, with a dash of lil ginger.cilantro in it & a dash of italian seasonings,,),,so it all depends on what you have givn to your baby or what you you want to give.
i gave you basic recipe,,add or deduct what you like !
good luck
Sweety replied. Thanks Hetal and Sheetal ....nice recipe ...will try.

Hetal replied. hi,
for baby, i put them in cooker, put good water, some salt, some italian seasonings(if you arent giving, just add couple coriander leaves,or parsley leaves and a dash of ghee ( so that it doesnt stick,,some tiny ones do stick,,so this way they wont ), add in some of her fev vegies and she is fine with that..she doesnt like eating khichadi so to make her eat that i put in shell pastas in that..also, pasta soup,,add water, add abit of lauki pieces, some salt, some tofu and fresh cherry sweet tomato, add in some turmeric, jeera pwder if you are giving to your baby...all in cooker.
pressure cooker does it all for you...
also, avoid giving anything from can for babies ! and try using multigrain or whole grain pastas,,so that your baby gets goodness of it...avoid usiing semolina or enriched flour pastas.
take care & love to krish.
Sheetal replied. Hi Sweety,
since i m quite lazy at cooking, this is wat i do.
Sautee onions, add ready diced tomatoes (u get this hunts diced tomato or any other brand tht is with italian herbs, or olive oil, balsamic vinegar n oregano.) This gives a nice taste. Add boiled pasta. Tht's it and it turns out quite yummy.

Sheetal

Breast pumps
I am using a medela pump to feed my baby when I am out. The medela breast pumps are really a good choice for the working moms. We can pump the milk regularly and can store it and use whenever needed.... - dalewhither [View Message]
evenflo elan breast pump
Buy this pump! It’s made my life so much easier. I always got sore with my old Medela Advanced, but that never happens with the Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump. What really makes a difference is its ease of use. It’s really easy to switch between pumping phases and take apart to clean. Strongly recommend it for all mothers that pump daily.... - stellatylor [View Message]

I used the puzzles, the wooden blocks for alphabets and numbers.... - Sheetal [View Message]
try this
As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
all the best... - Manju [View Message]
