Hello All,

As mentioned in many websites/books that Omega-3 Fatty Acids ( DHA/EPA) are escellent food. I am taking Mega-3(Dr.Reddy in India). This is derived from Fish Lipid Oil.

But there are some concerns regarding Mercury content in Fish oil. So there is some Algae based DHA/EPA also ( in Mother Horlicks, ProtienX or ProPL).

Any Suggestions/comments on this.
