How are you doing?How are things at your side?How is Advait?IS he talking now???...He is going to be 2 in july ....Wow time just flies....From my end we both are doing good.I have taken an appn here for next wednesday(15 th).I have all my reports with me.I remember you were telling me abt \";antiphospholipid\"; -test to check for antibodies.Is that any other test would you recommend?I have been taking folic acid since last may.

Please do recommend on what to eat and what not to eat while ttc.I am having omlet,dates,strawberries on a regular basis.And having protien drink once in a while.Trying my best this time.Having lots of vegetables and milk.And was excesising till last week.Got my periods on 28 jan 2006.So probably will be ovulating on sunday-thursday....Archie i have a question....I had severe cough 2 weeks back.So i had 2 bottles of cough syrup which contains Alchocol.I am bit concerend abt it...Is this ok???Anyways i am going to let my doc know abt this....We have basically decided to not to travel any more.Please do write...i don't know what else to ask...Will update abt my doc appn next thursday....Hope to see your reply.

All is fine at my end.
check with Dr. about antiphospholipid antibodies test.

try to restrict omlettes. If you want you can have boiled eggs. soemtime omlettes are half cooked and source of bacteria. dates can be avoided for until 13 weeks of pregnancy, I am not against but some south families have against dates, it's kind of hot according to south families.

vegetables and milk, fruits is good.

no your cough syrup won't affect.

no trave is great decision.
