Due Date Club March 2009:NT Scan

We did the NT scan yesterday. Everything looks OK. Will have to see the doc. with the report. Also will do a blood test along with the scan to further rule out any complication. I am 11weeks now and the next scan will only be after 18weeks.

Good to see lot of activity on the board. Welcome to all the new moms and congrats on the pregnancy.

I donot have too much morning sickness but lot of acidity and tiredness. Hopefully things will get easier after few more weeks. Is anyone taking supplements ? I have been prescribed folic acid and nothing else. The doc. said she will decide after some blood tests if I need any more supplements.

Hi,

Good luck with your scan! My doctor gave me a bunch of prenatal multi vitamins to try out and then choose the one I was most comfortable with. I am on a daily diet of Natalez multi vitamin now..it has folic acid plus minerals and vitamis.

Good luck for your NT scan.
Yeah its hard to find time and energy to exercise and walk..I am only hoping that it will get easier in the 2nd trimester.
Will update after my appointment with the doc.

Good to hear that everything looked fine in your NT Scan.

I am 10 weeks pregnant. I did my blood test along with the confirmation scan but the doc said I can collect the blood test reports when I come for the NT Scan on 6th Sept.

I have been prescribed only folic acid tabs (MCBM-69).

This is my first pregnancy. I am exhausted by the time I get back home from work. No energy to go out for a walk. I must start sooon...

According to my experience with Relicord, I will never recommend any one to go with Relicord. It' s being 1.5 years now, I am paying the EMIs, but I had enough trouble with them.

yes Life cell is the best, when ourbabygirl was due in Feb 2011 we shortlisted Lifecell after meeting Cyrobanks, Relicord, Babycord etc. Cyrobanks are thugs they promise you the moon and also there is no indian hand in this company so we can' t rely on them at all. Avoid Beena Jaysingh. We' ve got seriously burnt up by Dr. Beena Jaysingh of Apollo Bellandur. Dr Beena is highly unprofessional and always behind money. She is incompetent and doesn' t understand patient problems and needs. Whenever we went to her for my wife' s pregnancy she wrote all the available tests without even asking and thinking.
