Hi

I am about to have a baby in one month. These last 2mts I have been just wearing a nightee around the house. No bra or panties as I found it difficult to breath with all this. Only when I go out, which is quite rare I wear them.
Of late I found that me breasts are not so firm.. they seem to be hanging a bit. It that normal in pregnancy because of the formation of milk glands or has it resulted due to no bra. Is there any way I can firm it again ? I am quite worried as my figure seems to be becoming ugly.
I would appreciate any suggestion provided.

hi,
I think ur prob is due to not wearing a bra. Wearing a bra is very imp, specially during pregnancy. U can get many good maternity bra's at stores which wont make u uncomfortable. So start wearing those maternity bra's to get back in shape. Also u could ask ur dr. about it and get his/her opinion. All the best.

Thanks for such a prompt response.. do you think I could get back in shape if I start wearing a bra now.. I do have a couple of maternity bras, I think I'll start using them now. I'll also be going for my check up tomorrow and I'll find out from my doc.
