Downside my milk is reducing too,so started methicaps 2 at nite but find Siddharth is spitting up milk since 2 dys,I am wondering if it is the change in milk taste?
Anyone noticed the same let me know..

I didnot try this Methi Caps so donot have much information on this. But you can check this to see if your baby is getting more milk and probably he is spitting the excess milk. Is he aslo spitting when you are giving him formula ? If Yes, then it might not be because of capsules.

You can also check with doc if that effects your baby.

My mother says you get more milk by eating rice. She makes me eat rice even at dinner along with Roti. And I have enough milk at night and morning to satisify Sidhardh. I can see the difference right away if I don't eat rice in a day. Try consuming rice more to see if that works for you.
