hello, for the past two weeks, i problem with mu hair, ther is heavy loss of hair, during the hairwash, every time 50-100 hairs getting lost, please give me a solution , but i don think it may be because of dandruf mallesh replied. don' t worry
the main causes for hair loss are
1) excess stress
2) heridity
3) water
4) diet
5) chemical shampoos
6) lack of sleep
and other causes...
DOs
take milk
dry fruits, fish, vegetables
clean your coomb regularly.
dont share your coomb with other
sleep early (approx at 10 pm, you can wake early morning 6 am)

don' t dos
meat and chicken
dont apply oil when hair is wet

50 hairs ar falling in the sense its normal only no need to worry but if its exceeding more than that.
plz first check ur diet
make sure about the shampoo.it shouldnt be chemical based or concentrated detergent based.try to use herbal shampoo
even though just check once ur scalp for dandruff.
take daily 4 dates(date fruit) at night.
check once do u have poor diet?
