I have very thick hair. They are about medium length. The problem is that without straightening, they look really rough. What should I do? They are also quite curly.

plz dont go any chemical based straightening it will affect ur hair strength by chemical or heat
so try to avoid that
drink more water
try to drink buttermilk and tender coconut
take iron content foods like dates daily
thats enough
