Hi,

Usually gripe water helps the baby to go poop.But it is just as good that ur Manasa relieved herself.The ideal amt of cereals to start of is around 5tsps....u can gradually increase from there and for the fruit sauces start with 1/4 jar and then increase to a full jar at a time....
and about ur india trip....
try to have a backpack...and dont keep any purses etc...just put everyhting in your backpack , carry an umbrealla stroller, it wld be light wt ...carry her toys , pacifier , fav books and medicines without fail....
always have some extra food and formula in ur backpack for emergencies and also extra dresses for baby as well as ur self...
