well i am actually from and Shifted to Pune after Marriage ..

You can consult Dr. Joshi - K.E.M hospital, Rasta Pet... He is really a good doctor... You can go with your hubby and have a open talk with him. He will really advise you.

By the way in which place you are staying in Pune. My in-laws are in Wanawadi, Pune.
