Due Date Club March 2008:Requirements during labor

I wish to know what should we need to keep ready for the labor. Both for the mother and for the newborn. I mean what kind of clothing, Towels etc are required. Which company dipers are best for the infant. Please let me know.

Hi,
I am also searching for similar information as my EDD is march end.
As far as i know, following things are necessary.
1. Huggies diapers - small size is for new born babies.
2. 4-5 comfortable (loose) cloths and gowns that you would like to wear during your stay in hospital.
3. Your cosmetic requirements - eg, comb, cream, brush, tooth paste, soaps etc (things that you generally take while you go on tour)
4. Food - snacks, fruits- for after delivery (you will be very hungry after delivery)
5. Books and casettes / cds
6. Sanitary napkins for yourself.
I have got this list by researching lot of sites. But even I am looking for detailed information. Can anyone guide please....
