i am 30 weeks pregnant.my doctor told me that baby weight is only 1.1 kg now.ideally it should be around 1.8-2 kg. pls. advise by sharings yours experiences.

during last visit to my docter,she told me the same thing and ask me for protein rich diet and as neeti wrote about protinex.there is also therpist biscuit.and i didnt like the taste of both so i start taking mother horliks ,egges and paneer.and now my doc is little satisefied and ask me to take lots of rest as sometime it again reduce.

Hi Meenu,
Today i also visited to my doctor for routine check up and she says that my child is average.I am also 30 weeks pregnant.She advise me to increase proteins in my diet.
I have a book in which ideal weight in 30th week is approx. 1.2 kgs. so don' t worry and increase your protein intake. If you are in India then there is ProteinX drink is available in market of WORKHART COMPANY for pregnant ladies. add 2 spoons of ProteinX in a glass of milk.
