My wife' s a primee, and she is gonna undergo a caesarean in a few days time. Her GYN advised her a C-section since the baby' s not in the right position (floating) and concerns about the fetal weight, and since she' s well past her EDD.

Wondering if someone could help me with the precautions and postop period. Of course, the doctor has counseled us extensively, but a first-hand account is always better.

Imran not to worry even i had a c-sec it is so common now and initially i had some issues but after few months everything is normal.

C-sections are planned when the mother wishes to escape the labor pain or in emergencies like if the cord is entangled around the baby's neck and the baby's life is at risk. But i think natural delivery is always a better option.... - Neeta [View Message]
