Nisha Neha r doing great.
Mom left to India sterday. I am feeling so scared.
I started working last month. Its a work from home position in software. I have a nanny at home now, shes gujrathi, comes 8-5 Mon-Fri.
I am somehow finding it all overwhelming, twins, new job, nanny etc etc.
Missing my mom a lot since she boarded the flight last night. She did a great job handling twins.
Hope I somehow manage...

Don't worry. I am sure you will be able to manage. I too don't know how. But you will make it. As today is first day, it must be hard on you. Once you get adjusted you will start feeling better. I know it is difficult to handle twins, but those smiles of your little ones will boost up your energy and you should be fine. We are here to give you moral support.

Lucky you, you can see your kids while you work. So, Don't worry,everything will be fine.

I have started working since Sid (Sidhardh) is 4 weeks old. I miss him very badly at work :(

How are you doing?.My kisses to nisha and neha.Don't worry you will get used to it.I too found it difficult when my MIL left to india when the baby was 1 month old.I some how managed and now i am able to take care of sasmeta all alone.I know that taking care of 2 babies is very difficult.I think you joined a new job right?.All the best.Even i want to do some thing useful.I also want to join in a job.Iam planning to goto india in feb end.I may stay there for 4 months.So after coming from there i am going to look for a job.Do you know any job which can be worked from home?.Please do give some tips( hope u know that i have finished my MCA).Okay sasmeta is crying got to feed her.take care.
