Hope all are doing fine.I think some of our octobermoms has left to india and some are planning to go in the future.
i want some information...
(1)Those who went to india(khushi hope u reached saftely and enjoying):Did u have any difficulties while flying with the baby?.How was it?(iam flying alone next month).What all things u don't get in india?.Did u take a stroller or a rider?.Please give me some details as iam very scared flying alone.Are u putting vaccine for the baby in india?.please do share ur experience so that it will be helpful for those who may flyto india in future.waiting for ur reply.thanks.
(2)Those who are planning to go:Girls i hope that u would have planned about what all to take with u for the baby.can u please share with us.thanks

Hey Kalyani,
I plan to go with my baby Vedangi to India next mth, she will be 3 mths then and I will have my Mom for company. I plan to take umbrella stroller, rice cereal which I may introduce when she is 4 or 5 mths, a manual breast pump to be used for the formula, not sure abt what kind of bottles to use for that (any help appreciated), and I plan to give her the 4 mth shots in India. I am not taking any baby food as I will be back by the time she is 6mths. Am taking a lot of light cotton clothes for the indian summer. I will also be carrying a good amt of diapers. ALso planning to take her bouncer and activity gym along. Will take along her favorite toys.
Have you planned what to take? How old is ur baby?

Hi,

How are u doing?.My kisses to Vedangi.My baby will complete 4 months on feb 16th.We are giving her vaccine shot on feb 19th(doctor said that its better to put the 4th month shot here and then goto india as her body will become more immune).So iam planning to goto india in feb end or march 1st week.So sasmeta will be 4 months old when iam leaving.Iam planning to take the breast pump and bottles.Iam using avent breast pump and avent bottles.I am planning to take only few dresses as we can get good dresses for summer in india.Iam planning to buy toys in india.If i take it from here then it will be difficult to bring back.I have both rider and stroller.I don't know which one to take.I am planning to buy baby stuffs in india as its cheaper there.Iam planning to buy and bring dresses and toys from india to US.If i take lots of stuff from here then i will not be able to bring things bought in india to US.Iam not taking the gym and bouncer with me as it will be heavy to carry(iam travelling alone).I may take her medicine with me.i have not yet started to prepare a list.As soon as it is done i will share with u girls.okay take care.
