Thanx in advance and best wishes to all december moms.

hey ,

even i am in my 18th week and having the same symptoms , i was getting freaked out a little by reading abt incompetent cervix :( ...

but i asked my doc and she said it is normal ...

i know, being pregnant itself is worrisome and having so much of info abt everything around you is even more troubling ... try not to worry too much and be happy :) ...

take care,
-P

Hi hopingfortejas,

I grinned when I read your message. You are right - we all read too much! We are not doctors but have tons of dare I say half baked knowledge :-)Actually with my son I stopped reading at the 6th month point. It became too much. I watched all the latest movies instead! My son was born one day after watching "Chicago". I wonder if the hot and spicy Thai lunch had something to do with it.

I have written a response to your fetal monitor question in my board.

I've always wanted to ask. Hope it is not too intrusive. If you have a boy, do you plan to name him "Tejas"? Please ignore this if I am being nosy.

Take care, TA

decmom,
things will be clear to you in another 4 weeks when you have anamoly scan. However I think there is nothing to be worried about, your urination frequency can increase and remain like this throughout the pregnancy. Feeling bladder is full can be there and not unheard at all, try to know more about it on next ultrasound. Remember your baby is still 4cm below naval line and you can feel full in lower abdomen therefore.
