I need suggestion s for day care b'fast ,lunch and snacks ..Tia is so used to being fed that of course she doesn't self feed an dloves to throw/play w/her food....The day care folks will not \";force\";her...so??????

Does Tia eat of her own at daycare or they they feed her? I am just listing a few ideas that is on top of my mind right now.My daughter is not going to daycare yet.So I dont know how practical these are..Anyway.

1. Idly, Dosa, Uthappam and some boiled cut up veggies like Peas, carrot, potato,beets, cauliflower.Use frozen veggies.Its easy.Just microwave theM with a little salt- Tia can eat of her own too.
2. Pasta - Saute some veggies like mushrrom, sugar snap peas, Peppers and add it to the pasta too. You can do penne/or bow tie pasta so that she can pick up and eat.
3. Sooji kichdi/Vermicelli kichdi -Let me know if you want the recipe
4. Grilled chicken/fish-Cut up to bite size peices.
5. Quesadillas- I am sure you can find the recipes from net. You can use the regular roti for that.
6. Mac and cheese
