Hi all!!
Can u please suggest me how I introduce the bottle to diya??She refuses to take it even if she is very hungry.Keeps crying very loudly.I don't know how to about it.:(
Any suggestions are welcome.

Hi Jaya.. I agree. Try to give her the bottle when she's playful and not very hungry. Also make sure the milk (or formula) is at the right temperature. i.e. its neither too cold or too warm. This did the trick for me. It takes patience to make a breastfed baby accept a bottle.. dont give up and keep trying!

Hi Jaya. I agree with mommie, don't try feeding when Diya is too hungry. Don't give breast n then bottle in same feed. And dont try to feed with bottle urself if brastfeeding, cause when baby smells the breastmilk, wont take bottle, so let the daddy take charge of the bottle, goodluck.

Hi jaya,
You can let Diya latch onto you till her initial hunger pang is satisfied and then gradually disengage her from you and give her the bolltle. This way she will get the feeling that ultimate satisfaction comes from the bottle.
Also you can give her a bottle when it is close to her feeding time but she is still sleeping.
I tried these two methods for my son and it worked for him
