my hair is getting thinner day by day. I do apply oil every day. Even if i apply very less oil the whole hair looks oily and sticky. If i do not apply oil I will develop head ache. So am forced to apply. Also I have dandruff. But tis not like powder. Plssssssss advice to have healthy hair. Tis hard water at my place.

nothing to worry
try to wash ur hair wash in good water
use white vinegar for dandruff.apply the white vinegar by massage leave one hour after u can wash it off
how about ur diet
diet can make great changes in ur hair and skin
so try to take balanced diet
atleast finally wash the hair by two mugs of good water ok
dont use hard shampoo use mild shampoos or herbal
