its really awkward with a big tummy

hi anu
i have almost returned to my prepregnancy weight but my tummy isnt going back, it looks so bad as if 5 months pregnant. i have statrted working nad i wear an abdominal belt to hide it. But abdominal belt is also creating a problem as it causes endurations which are really painful. I just dont know what to do.

Hi Anu,

How are u doing.Hope ur lill one is doing fine and keeping u very busy.
Dont worry about ur weight, I still have 30lbs to lose, I havent started regular excersise but i am wearing the abdominal belt , that really helps a lot.
I beleive it is a long process to get back to our prepregnancy wt.Just have patience and keep doing excersice whenever possible.
