Can't i take in afternoon? I am working i can't eat apple in morning and travel but my in-laws pressuring me. What to do? soni replied. Let me jump to your ? well its not like you have to take it in the morning you can take it anytime o.k to you the reason to take apple a day is it gives you iron to make blood very much needed during your preg. and take it easy with your morther in law and father in law its a part of preg. even some stranger crossing by you will give some suggestion some time just enjoy your preg. ya right hahah but really .This is my second round . hopingfortejas replied. i generally have it in the afternoon ...

guess your MIL/FIL just want the best for you and your baby and are going overboard with it :) ...

Anyway ...dont stress out abt it .... try asking a dieticain or an ob-gyn abt it ....
