Hi,
I am pregnant for 22nd week now. My grandma asks me to restrict the amount fruits that I eat so that the baby doesnot become too big which wud allow easy delivery.
Please suggest me if I have to.
I eat lot of grapes, 1 guava, 2 apples, 1 orange, 1 fig, 1 chiku, 1 pomegrane juice everyday. Is it too much?
Please advise on how much should I take?

what our previous generations say is always nt correct ...
when u donot have much prob continue eating them but prefer not to have juice form only ..have them raw they add to the roughage and the skin of fruits is required they r v good form of antioxidents
