Hi Archie,

I'm from the Due-in-Jan 2005 board and have a baby boy of 11mo.

Before getting pregnant i had undergone a full treatment for PCOD (8 cycles of Clomifene and finally a laproscopy). I had conceived within 2 cycles of the lapro.

Now, what are the preacautions that i should take for the PCO not to recur? I also had mild endometriosis, which was found and cleaned up during the lapro. I am on Depo Provera Injections right from the 3rd month of my deliv (C-Sec) and never really got a period after.

Will i be prone to PCOD and endometriosis forever? Is Provera Ok in this case (i've ben told that combo-pills supress PCO, though this was not the case my first time)

Thought i am endlessly greatful about having this baby, i would like to try for a second one sometime in the near future. Hence the Q.

Can't say if it will recur. But chancess are less.
try to take off depo-provera and experience at least 3 cycles before you get on actively trying for second baby.
