Hi Sush,
Felt sooooooo happy to read your post after such a long time... I donno how it is with you all, but the board means a lot to me and reading messages is always like talking to old friends... and I miss Paddu so much since we were talking so regularly, just hoping I'll hear from her soon.
About Rishi's leg issue, he sometimes sits legs folded backward, and I always change that position to forward whenever I notice because my sis sat so for atleast till she was 10. But he always walks with his toes and he thinks its fun and I have read that it is a reason for bow-shaped legs. I am somehow convinced as I saw 3 children of his age, walking the same way, lets see.
About food - I give Rishi Junior horlicks in the morning and he drinks 4-5 oz (donno if its less but he will not drink more than that). At 9.30 -10 mom gives him dosa/vegetables/bread and he mostly does not open his mouth to anything at all. 12 is lunch time - dal and potato mashed with rice, little rasam and ghee. 4 pm - Milk, 6 pm - any fruit (he mostly eats a banana) and 8 is dinner - curd rice. When we make chapathis, he has one chapathi instead of curd rice. 10.30, again 4 oz of Junior horlicks.
Do you guys give any vitamins/calcium to the kids?
Sush, about issue2, I can just look at Shailen and M and feel J now, can't even think of it. As such I am getting pressurized that mom is stuck with me to take care of Rishi and dad is at chennai and I am not able to spend time with Rishi and the list goes on... Anyways I am planning to wait till next July... Rishi will at least be 2 and a half then. Will decide then.
What are your plans? And what are everyone's plans? Do write.
Raj, loved to read abut Sid's antics, even we keep telling only get down/don't go there/you'll fall/you'll get hurt to Rishi. These boys are really too much to handle. Rishi will climb on the chair and then on the dining table and try to stand on it and take something from the freezer... phew! Sid must be keeping you so busy. You must be missing Sri when he goes away for four days!
Maurni, LOVED the pics, especially in which Rishu and Shailen are together. The whole family looks so happy (touchwood). Good luck to you, utilise the time when you have help and take as much rest as and when you can. Love to the kids.
Komal, long time... Are you shifting to the new house this weekend? Do send pictures and congrats on the new home. Hope things are going great with Megha and Balaji and MIL.
Ramya, take care. Sorry for not calling the other day. Totally forgot about it. Do write when you get time. My friend from Melbourne is coming to India this month :) Love to Rahul.
Rest all fine. Love to everyone and the little ones. I will post Rishi's latest pictures soon.
Take care all and write whenever you get time.
Love
