Hi Archie,
I have been a regular reader of this board for a few months now. We have been ttc sicne October. I usually have a pretty regular cycle( 28-31) days but last month I was 6 days late and all I got was a slight brownish discharge, followed by very little bleeding.
I have been having lower abdomen cramps for a bit over 2 weeks now, sometimes they are pretty severe, but mostly they come and go and feel very gassy. I am already 3 days late for my period this month.
Dont really know what my question here should be, but just wanted to know if there is anything I can do for the cramps.
I will do a hpt later on in the week, but want to wait it thru( though the need to know is killing me). Maybe I will get a period, who knows.
I just needed advise for the cramps.

( Just for your knowledge, my last period was Dec 12 and we tried on Dec 23,25,27,30,Jan1) archie replied. was the last period indeed a period? how much was the bleeding? was it for 3-4 days?
If you answer last query as YES then it was a period.

Since you ran 6 days late in last cycle, it would be wise to avoid intercourse and wait for one more week before hpt.

drink water and sleep in bed treat well and take it easy that's the way to help reduce pain from cramps.
