Thanks for all your happy birthday wishes !!
Myself & hubby were down with fever and cold for the last 4 days...so didn't get time to visit this site.
Anyway last weekend we had visited a orphanage and sponsered a breakfast & lunch for all the kids there. We cud not take Atul becaue he was also suffering from severe cold...thanks to horrible weather here in bangalore. On his birthday, inspite of the fact that we were not feeling well, we had invited some close relatives & friends and cut a cake and had a small dinner get-together which even Atul enjoyed. He was so happy to see all the decorations & balloons that he was making all wierd sounds. He also ate one big piece of the chocolate cake :-)
Thanks again and my birthday wishes to all the little ones who are turning one this month !!

As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
