hi girls,
my baby is 2 and half months old.when should i start giving her sold foods and juices.what food and juice should I give to her.now i give
her only my milk and vit drops.nothing else.can we give water for her to drink.If yes how should we give it to her.Please tell what u give to ur baby every day.

Hi
Babies r more than 3 1/2 months old now.
I have been giving milk and some formula and multivitamin drops and then occasionally peer juice or sugar water when they r constipated (an ounce max).
Regarding solids, all r advicing me that its good to give as late as possible.
Doctor says he wants them to have upto 30 oz a day plus whatever solid I want.
It seems not possible at this age. I may wait till they r 5 months.
Also nutritionally they need only milk and formula till upto 6-7 months. Introducing solids is just to get them started, I believe it dont help nutrition wise at this age.
Thats what I heard from frends and family and what I read online.
