dear arathi,
I have been a silent reader in this forum and have seen so much of help and support u have given to people.
I have a query.I used to have periods once every 34-36 days but ever since i started going to the gym some 3 months ago the period cycle is 28-30 days.I have also lost 7 kilos( i am overweight and plan to lose at 7 more kilos)
so my question is
1) when is my fertile time now
2) Is it okay to continue to excercise now that i am trying for a baby
just for ur info,I had my 1st baby through ivf.I have gone through all tests and we were diagosed as unexplaned infertily.
Thanks a lot archie if you would answer my query.
regards

suman
you could go to gym for first 12 days and stop extensive gym from then till you get period or confirm pregnancy. you can however continue to walk on treadmill at low speed.
