I followed up with endocrinologist today with my repeat blood work for thriod. The test result are as follows:
TSH 1.32
FREE T4 0.52
Doctors seemed to be worried about my report, said my case is a challenging one :(
She said that may be I have a tumor in Pituitary Gland because of that my throid levels are not proper. But I ruled out symptoms of headche and blurred vision(She said that she can not recommend me MRI scan etc becoz of pregnancy). She said that we cannot be sure exaCtly what it is right now. She had orded Prolactin test today. If it comes to be high then .... I dont know what is her next recommen..

She has put me on Synthriod 0.025MG to be on safer side, in addition she was not sure what would be benefits of this medication as she thinks that this is not throid causing low levels, its pituitary. Asked me to repeat blood work after a month. But she again warned me that if you feel heart beat rise,tremors and jittery then may be its side effect for this medication.
I am so disappointed today with these results. It just happened that I went to see physician for my knee pain , somehow she ordered me throid test(donno why). Now I am confused and pissed off with all these. The problem is doctors herself is not sure what to do, as becoz of pregnancy nothing she can be sure of, and prescribed me medication. What are your thoughts? What should I do. As my OB-GYN is completely relying on endocrinologust for this prob.

2) I am in my 26 week now. Last friday I got bad cold, Since monday I stared taking OTC sudafade and ocean nsal drop. I am feeling better now. But since last week I have experiencing heart beat rise when I sleep on left side, it last for half a minute or so. When I change my side itr becomes normal. I dont know what is causing this??
I have feeling weak since then, I went to office today but no energy to work ...

3) My 24th week checkup went fine with OB Gyn, can I request her for an US to see if everything is goin ok(20th week u/s went ok). I am worried now becoz of this throid . I am not sure whether she wud be doing an US in my next visit or not.

Typically in hypothyroidism your TSH levels will be elevated and in aggrement to that free T4 levels will be reduced. On the other hand levels of TSH will be reduced and free T4 enhanced for Hyperthyroidism, which is a concern during pregnancy. Since the levels of TSH are taken in to serious consideration and they are within the range I can't really call your case be a hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism. Given that you don't have any symptoms it might be that taking Synthroid 25 mcg or not will have no impact on pregnancy at all. Since your TSH levels have been normal and you don't face consequences of hypothyroidism you are likely to have no trouble with this pregnancy and should not stress out for that. Take synthroid however and repeat blood work at least once in 4-6 weeks to see if that makes any difference to levels.

I would not crazy about ultrasound especially if your fundal height mearsures +/-2 weeks of the calculated gestation. If your Dr. don't measure fundal height then at the end of 32 weeks you could check if she can order a ultrasound for you.
