How are u doing with your lill baby girl. My boy is becoming naughty day by day....finding it very difficult to manage.My mom is leaving to India by dec30th so really dont know how i can handle him all alone after that...He is already 3months old, it is as if i delivered him only yesterday ....times flies by so soon....

I read your message about \";mothers milk\"; that u get in tea bags...can u tell me where can i find them.My milk supply has reduced a lot and doc asked me to supplement.Though i have started with formula, still want to keep giving him my milk as long as possible...please do reply...

Sorry u r alone, hoping its easier to manage now after 2 months. As for milk supply, u get mother's milk from the makers site called traditionalmedicines (.) com, is costly if u use reg..i had taken a sample did increase in the evenings which was a prob for me when supply would reduce. still managed would feed her hourly. :)
I spoke to my lactation consultant, anu needs min 4 ounces, get when i pump mornings 4-5 but noon is a prob she suggested if it does to take fenugreek pills or blessed thistle to keep in hand if it does reduce, does take 3-4 days for suplly to come up till then keep feeding and latch right, let baby suck for some time if he wants to and after every feeding drink 8 oz of water..jeera water is gr8. keep liquid intake high and take rest whenever u can till suplly comes up.

Otherwise, am fine, anu growing gr8, sleeping well touch wood, think is getting used to the home and people. evenings at times fussy but swing helps a lot.
