HI everyone
I just got back to work from yesterday. Its very difficult to leave the little one .. tough to concentrate too. But my mom is here so I am fine until Feb/March. I am not sure what I will do after that.
For those of you who are working how do u manage with the feedings, Do you'll express milk for the number of feedings or feed the baby formula. In my case I am not able to express more than 3 oz of milk each time and I think in the even my milk production also goes less. Is there a way to increase milk supply. I did read Radhika's note abt lacation and seemed very helpful. I have to try that. Do you guys pump at work too ? Any good tips will be helpful.
Hope you all are doing great with your babies. Anagha is fine too and keeps me busy all the time. Just cant believe she is already 2 months old.

After a long time..i have started transition to MIL, difficult to get her to drink 3 oz from bottle though she does when i feed her take more than 4 oz..but she is increasing her feeding ,cries in between but getting use d to it.
thinking of pumping tiwce a day and feeding in noons when i come for lunch..thing 12 ounces should be fine for a day..anu takes from bottle at times 2-3 ounces..so feeding is less hoping will get back to 4 slowly. .lactation i have given all i know rest replied to sumana's mail. drink well...all i can say and even after u pump express milk from hand u still get an added ounce.
Will start work on jan 5th..
