Hello every1
I have got a daughter of 12 mnths. Initially she was underweight but with God's grace she is now 10 kgs. I want to make some fruit soups for her which she likes n will b nutrious 4 her. pls. help me out.

APPLE SOUP
INGREDIENTS
2 BIG RED APPLES
SUGAR TO TASTE
WATER , DEPENDING ON THE THICKNESS OF THE SOUP
METHOD-
WASH THE APPLES , DONT CUT.STEAM THE WHOLE APPLE IN THE COOKER FOR 15 MINS.NOW TAKE OUT THE CORE OF THE APPLE ,SEEDS AND PEEL THE OUTER SKIN.MASH THE APPLES.NOW IN OTHER PAN ADD WATER , SUGAR AND THE MASHED APPLE .BOIL AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINS.YR SOUP IS READY.
NOTE* AS I HAV GIVEN U A SIMPLE RECIPE CUZ IT IS FOR YR BABY.BUT ADULTS CAN ALSO CONSUME IT , U CAN ADD SOME CINNAMON POWDER FOR A NICE FLAVOUR.APPLES CONTAIN IRON N ALSO BY STEAMING THE APPLE ITS NUTRITIONAL VALUE ALSO REMAINS.IM SURE U LL LIKE IT!
